All participants must read these, as well as sign a waiver before participating in this event.
Rules Information
The event is a invitation only, non competitive automotive enthusiast gathering on a private airstrip located in Southwestern Ontario.
The following rules must be obeyed at all times:
Access to Airport will only be granted after a signing a liability waiver, payment is confirmed and group escort (pace car if applicable) has been assigned and established.
This is a active airport and all access rules must be obeyed as explained at the time of the event.
At no time will you be allowed to go near parked aircraft, climb around on them or in them.
Tire squealing, drifting or doughnuts will not be tolerated.
No competitive speed measuring equipment or timing equipment allowed.
All buildings are off limits, you must stay within the confines of the marked areas at the time of the event.
Racing is strictly prohibited.
You must stay within your group, passing is not allowed on any corners or taxi ways.
You will be assigned a time slot for use of runways, ensure you are ready and available, substitutions are not allowed unless approved by the organizers
Unless you are driving with your assigned group and the pace car, you must not enter any runways or taxiways.
Keep Children and Pets away from all aircraft, runways and Taxiways.
Alcohol and or drug use during the event or while operating your vehicle will not be tolerated.
Have your car inspected and brake fluids replaced if more than 1 year old.
The following Waiver must be signed at the time of the event by the driver and all passengers, please read it carefully!
